Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). Unfortunately, currently we do not entertain any claims of returns or exchange.

1. Cancellations

Goods once ordered cannot be cancelled or returned. You can exchange a product within 15 days of placing the order, if the product you received was defective. To be eligible for exchange, the item purchased by you must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It ,must also be in its original packing.
